Once I my community site up and have figured out the steps anyone who can prove proof of purchase of the book I will be glad to go ahead and give people a turnkey community site. The company to use without doubt is siteground. This costs the least amount of money. I love these guys. Regards, Charles Pisano

I use Hostgator and it works fine for all my drupal sites. I've also hosted on HostingZoom and had no problems.
