Job Requirements: (Required:)
- 2 to 3 years of LAMP (Linux/Apache/PHP/MySQL) development experience
- Drupal development or experience with other open-source CMS
- Solid understanding of HTML, Javascript, and CSS
- Comfort with Unix command-line tools
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Subversion and Git
- Results-oriented, reliable, able to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to business users and other teams (design, qa)
- Ability to both collaborate with team members and to work independently
- Eager to embrace current and emerging web technologies

Experience that would be a plus:
- Knowledge of SEO coding best practices
- Experience building social networking or community-oriented sites
- Experience in the online publishing industry
- Ruby on Rails, Java, or other object oriented programming
